Logams Roofing crew replacing a shingle roof on a Central Florida home

Now hiring

Roofing jobs in Central Florida

Logams Roofing is hiring roofers, crew leads, repair techs and subcontract roofing crews for year-round work across seven Central Florida counties. We run our own in-house crews under Florida license CCC1333702, with full workers' compensation and $2M general liability. To apply, call 321-386-1794 or email info@logamsroofing.com.

Open roles

We hire for the roof, not for a resume. If you can work safely at height and turn up when you say you will, there is work here.

Roofers and laborers

Tear-off, dry-in, load and install on shingle, tile, metal and flat systems. Experience helps, but a reliable roofer who shows up and works safe is what we are actually hiring for.

Crew leads and foremen

Run a crew on site from tear-off to final inspection: scope, safety, quality of the flashing details and the state of the property at the end of the day.

Repair and service techs

Diagnose leaks, replace boots and flashing, and handle emergency tarping calls. This is the role for a roofer who likes solving the problem rather than repeating the same install.

Subcontract roofing crews

Established crews with their own transport and tools, taking work from us by the job. See the section below for how that arrangement works.

Pay and schedule

Per square on production

Install work is generally paid by the square, so a crew that works clean and fast earns more on the same roof. The rate is agreed in writing before the job starts.

Hourly on service

Leak diagnosis, repairs and emergency tarping are paid hourly, because you cannot price a call-out before you know what is under the shingle.

Year-round work

We are not a storm-chase outfit that disappears in February. Replacement and repair run all twelve months across seven counties, and storm season adds to it.

For existing crews

We take on established subcontract crews and feed them consistent work rather than the occasional job. Bring your own transport, tools and current insurance, and we handle the sales, the permits, the materials and the schedule.

Send the crew size, the systems you install and the counties you can reach. If you are a contractor looking to hire our crews instead, that is the other direction — see our crews.

    Consistent scheduled volume, not one-offs
Materials delivered and staged for you
    Permits and inspections handled
Paid on agreed terms, in writing
Current COI and workers' comp required
    Own transport and tools required

Not for laborer and tear-off work — we will train someone reliable who is comfortable working at height in Florida heat. Crew lead, repair tech and subcontract crew roles do need a proven track record on Florida roofs.

Both, depending on the role. Install production work is typically paid per square so a fast, clean crew earns more, while service, repair and emergency call-out work is paid hourly because the time is unpredictable. Rates are agreed before you start.

No — we run year-round. Central Florida roofs need replacement and repair in every month, and storm season adds volume on top rather than defining the calendar.

Employees do not — we supply the equipment. Subcontract crews are expected to arrive with their own tools, transport and current insurance, including workers' compensation coverage for their people.

Work is spread across seven Central Florida counties: Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Polk, Marion, Sumter. Most crews work within reasonable range of where they live, and we tell you the day's address in advance.
