OBJECTIVES
- Proactively generate leads through door-to-door sales, identifying homeowners in need of roof inspections, repairs, or full replacements.
- Perform roof inspections and accurately assess damage to determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, financing options, and available services, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Close deals efficiently by overcoming objections, demonstrating expertise, and guiding homeowners through the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
- Leverage CRM software and estimating tools (e.g., BuilderTrend) to manage leads, track sales progress, and follow up on prospects.
- Actively participate in community events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate referrals.
- Support homeowners in working with insurance adjusters, ensuring fair claim settlements.
- Foster long-term client relationships by conducting follow-ups, offering maintenance services, and encouraging referrals.

- Familiarity with roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in roofing door-to-door sales.
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or insurance-related sales is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent climbing of ladders and walking on rooftops to perform inspections.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, including hot or cold weather.
- Physical endurance for extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed to complete inspections.
